Excellent taste, proper effect

During training, it pushes the limit of feeling tired (at least for me), the taste really works for me, and when distributed back, it is much cheaper than constantly taking separate in-workout drinks

Super product
Rating: 5 / 5 – Adam_c1d038, 2023-09-12
I have been drinking regularly for almost 2-3 years in HIIT and Cross training. Not only here, but also during normal training, you concentrate more, it makes you sweat, it makes you pop, I can handle reps better, and at the very end of the workout it helps you push your limits. It was very important for me that it should also be completely stimulant-free (no caffeine), for which this product is the perfect solution. I usually dissolve about 2 doses in 1 liter of water, and its dissolution is also good. A special plus is that the peachy ice tea flavor is also very tasty (it reminds me of the candied store ice teas of my childhood :D), and in the sale (scitec day) I usually order with at least 2 boxes, as it lasts for a very long time and the price is good. Recommend.

Helps post-workout recovery

Compared to BCAs, it results in faster recovery after training if consumed multiple times - you don't have to expect miracles from a single dose.

nothing extra
Rating: 4 / 5 – laszlo_f6daee, 2023-05-13
I wanted to try AAKG, as it is in it, anyway I usually drink plain BCAAs during training, this time I tried this instead. It does about the same thing, essentially helping recovery and not performance during training. It pushes the hunger threshold - as does bcaas - I get less muscle soreness if I consume it, but I didn't feel like it had any extra effect. By the way, I take multi vitamins / mineral salts, I probably didn't need them and so it was unnecessary to buy a complex product.

Rating: 5 / 5 – attila_821030, 2022-01-20
I was looking for a pre-workout supplement that doesn't include any other performance enhancers. It works perfectly for me. The taste is also ok , it dissolves well. I usually feel a slight tingling during about 20 workouts, it improves performance and endurance. I think it also protects the muscles — and maybe the regeneration time is shorter.

Best stimulant-free pre-workout!
Rating: 5 / 5 – Péter8705, 2022-01-14
A recurring element in my power supply arsenal. I try to replace the stimulant pre-workout ones, I use them just before training. He can't spin or mentally tune in to training because of the lack of stimulants, but he's a big help to get drunk and beta alanine does his job noticeably. The taste is great! Its composition is very complex. On sale, even the price is not bad! I have a 5-star product!

Decaffeinated pre-workout that really works not only placebo (for me..) I train before lunch, so actually the pre-workout ones for me are more like a food-push-out-energy replacement (I know that's why a lot of people stone me, normal nutrition, etc...) but now it's about the product :) so even if I drink it on a soggy stomach, I get a lot of energy from it. and if I leave the last 1-2 sips in the shaker, pouring plain water on it will also give me a super refresher during training, I don't just drink plain water (which is excellent anyway) so (v)eat! :)

Lots of ingredients
Rating: 4 / 5 – Akos_57d5a1, 2021-06-11
There are so many components to this mix that I wouldn't even want to pick them up on my own. It's a caffeine-free spinner, which is critical for me. It really heats me up, I shoot it during training. There is no opponent of this product, I consider it an advanced mix. For those who can afford it, I recommend it during training or perhaps before instead of a simple bcaa. I find it odd why glutamine has been spared from it, but the other ingredients are the right amount. Unfortunately, the exaggerated taste characteristic of Scitec is even stronger with this product. So it's very intense and terribly sour, so much so that the next day I can feel it biting my throat a little bit. Even on the washed shaker, you can smell it. Orange and mango aromas are characteristic of it, they taste good.

I used for a long period (years) strong pre-workouts that did their job excellently, but after a while I noticed that I could not sleep even after 2:00 in the morning. I was thinking that the problem may be the excessive caffeine in these products. After using this product for a month this problem disappeared and the workouts remained intense! Excellent.

It's mixed with all sorts of things that shouldn't even be pushed in at the same time, and it's a joke, and it's not true that one amplifies the effect of the other synergistically. It is assumed that e.g. AAKG, beta alanine and citrulline malate are recommended before training, and bcaa during exercise. Now - this product is NOT a pre-workout energizer, it has nothing to do with it (from as much AAKG as there is in it no preschooler would pop in), but during training you can drink instead of bcaa, but then for the same amount I buy a pure bcaa preparation with meaningful content. If I assume that before training AAKG 8g, beta alanine 5g + a dose of Nitrox therapy that I consume, then it is also a joke category. I will stick with caffeine preparations in addition to the above, as the body cannot get used to 200-300 mg of caffeine per day.

I see it has no effect on many people, so I fell into that category too, unfortunately. I hadn't tried any other pre-workout in my life, I didn't even know what to expect, but with so many "success stories", I decided to try it. I didn't feel anything in the sky, so for what I bought it wasn't used unfortunately, obviously I'm wearing it out.. The taste is good(peach-ice tea), I drink it during training. Good composition, instead of Bcaa it will be good for a while.

I ran out of boxes, I switched from Attack 2.0 to this one. It turned out to be good, especially since I was able to sip during exercise instead of plain water. It worked for me to mix in about half a liter of water, although I could drink 1.5 liters of it and then another protein shake, specifically there was no room in my stomach. Towards the end, I may have gotten used to it because I didn't feel much of it anymore, but 90% of my workouts were good! I was there for the end of training and it gave me the extra I was looking for to squeeze two more of myself out after the eighth repetition. The peach ice-tea flavor is delicious :)

Decaffeinated strength
Rating: 4 / 5 – csaba_a3a3f1, 2018-12-18
I was definitely looking for decaffeinated stuff because of a bit of high blood pressure and just like that - I don't need a spinner with my daily coffee. I don't use it as a pre-workout, I use it to trigger my BCAAs during training from time to time and it worked! Due to the pluses contained in it (beta analine, citrulline), it prolongs fatigue, a few repetitions go more, it bangs well while not stimulating, the workout goes noticeably better. Pre-workout probably wouldn't be enough for many, but it adds a nice little extra during training, I think it's worth trying.

Initially, I used it as a pre-workout product, but I didn't feel the effect that I had with other products (eg: Hot Blood; Powerd, etc.) After that, I switched over and consumed it during training. Mentally, it may have helped a little bit, but overall I felt more like the water had a flavor, so I think there's better on the market. I didn't even dare to try the ice-tea flavor, I was afraid that it would taste like the typical powdery tea :) There was no problem with the other taste, it blended easily.

Iz 5 stars Dissolution 5 stars Impact 5 stars It's perfect, especially if you can't stand caffeine or exercise in the evening, and if you're a taste maniac, the best product you can drink is :) You don't feel a typical NO boosting effect when you drink it, at least for me this tingling cold running sensation didn't come, but I didn't have to wait long for the effect during training:) I tried 2 ways, one is the version I drink before the typical workout, the other (which worked better) is that I drink continuously during training, so I feel the effect much better, and besides, it doesn't start to "go out" at the end of the workout, I can handle the workout much better, it mainly matters a lot that I always train in the evening after work, but since I have been drinking, since then I can perform almost 2x as much!!! In summer, I'm sure I'll use it when eaten cold while exercising:)

I bought 1-2 portions of caffeine, it helped something, but I also count that for the sake of "distraction" it is by default weaker than usual. It was noticeably better than if I hadn't used any pre-workout, but it wouldn't become a system. If I do caffeine, coffee and all energizing (I never drink energy drinks) free for 1-2 weeks again, I can buy again from the portion. It is not cheap, but given the amount of active ingredient, this is also not surprising.

I haven't used a pre-workout one yet, but I thought I'd give it a try because I've been feeling tired lately in my workouts. I was looking for a decaffeinated one directly because I used to have a blood pressure problem. It's not bad for taste, but I didn't feel like I was more energetic or that it made me work better. Next time I try something like this before training, it won't be this one.

Hello! We've already used up several boxes of it. It really worked for me for kneading - of course it doesn't throw up as much as a caffeine stuff, but unlike those, it can be taken non-stop. Since I have a bit of high blood pressure, I'm planning on getting used to just that. The spin, if you've been training for a while, goes from brain to brain :) What I highly recommend are endurance sports. My wife is triathlonist and has made it my soul to write about her experience with the product as well:) So far, it's been a bit of a stretch from pre-workout spinners, perhaps rightfully so, because for the workout they print (swimming, bike, running, cross fit) it doesn't quite fit in my opinion either with a caffeinated pre-workout (maybe the Fire Works exception - he's making friends with that now). He only tried this product - and I was able to get him to try it - because we went to an IronMan race without having a BCAA or enough CH gel. So I mixed it with two water bottles for him for the bike. It really worked for him!! No exaggeration, it really happened that way, the 90km bike was divided into 4 laps, he wanted to give it up at the end of the first lap (it was a rough level track and his race calendar was a bit dense before that), then he drank a dose, and bakker, on the next lap, when he reached the refreshment point, his mouth reached open and he went on as an animal :) :) He drank it on the run after the bike and pushed it nicely through :) Since then, he has been using it for practically all competitions and even for rougher workouts - there are about 2 kilos of BCAA left at home, I can drink them :) A word as 100th for endurance sports is highly recommended in our opinion. For such 8-10 hour races and workouts, it is worth it not to drink before training, but during it you need to constantly drink. Extra energy, extended fatigue threshold, muscle burn-in are a thing of the past (let's say you keep taking beta alanine as well, that can also contribute to this). What's interesting is that even though it has citrulline, AAKG, arginine, it didn't pop in the leg, even though we were afraid. I suggest - woman too - try it who can do it :)

But now this one happened to come out of the depths of my closet, I thought I'd snatch it up next to a creatine kura. It was only possible to consider a decaffeinated pre-workout, it was ordered for 2 jacket tests. To be on the safe side, I drank half a serving and he still made good on his promise. There's more power and tougher "phámp" too. After eating the 3rd party and exercising, my partner looks at Me: "I don't know what you're taking, but you look rough!" She's the type of chick who doesn't just throw compliments in the blind, so she was the biggest confirmation of the drug:) Numbness/tingling It didn't work for me, it tastes the way it tastes, cola or grapes would taste better (if it were).

I tried it in sachets a couple of weeks ago, as I've been a bit addicted to caffeine lately, I thought I'd check out what Ami-NO Xpress can do! I didn't feel a lot of things, but I recently went and bought it with a box to see if..! Of course, you don't have to wait for a miracle, but I'll be honest that it's delicious to taste! Since it only "throws" something, I do it by taking only half of the amount of caffeine so far, and then sipping it for 20-30 minutes with such a peach tea Ami-NOt chilled to ice cold! I was definitely refreshed by the pleasant-tasting, ice-cold dot, and so I was able to reduce the caffeine. Placebo or not, but with this method, I feel exactly the same as when I just took pure caffeine in the early afternoons if I started to run out of power at times. I think anyone who is allowed by the frame and doesn't come at the expense of a much more important power supply is definitely worth trying, if nothing else, with a couple of pouches!

The best decaffeinated pre-workout product
Rating: 5 / 5 – saskadavid, 2017-05-20
I think this is the best pre-workout preparation that doesn't contain caffeine. I usually work out in the evening, so I'm not used to risking the quality of my sleep with caffeine-containing supplements. It is a complex product with a good composition. It noticeably pushes the fatigue threshold, as well as increases the blood supply, so I can train very hard. Its dissolution is perfect. I recommend it to all athletes who are sensitive to caffeine or have their workouts close to sleep, as well as to anyone who wants to experience a little extra charge during training!

I train every other day between 5-7 p.m. That's why I'm looking for a pre-workout that has as little caffeine as possible, but pushes my workouts properly. I am 186 tall and 92kg at 40. I've tried many workouts before, such as hot blood, nitrox, napalm, the pow3rd, slap, etc. the largest is the hot struck but attol I don't sleep at night. I would put the ami-no xpress at the end of the line from the probated ones. 22g is the test volume with all the goodies that may be needed. For me, the effect was as follows: After consumption, the kobak tingled about 20 minutes, then at the beginning of the workout it gave ici little extra for about 15 minutes, after which it ceased to exist. I'll add, I don't have any weak workouts. I do hard or even tougher workouts so that when it comes to this free time it makes sense and looks like it. Therefore, it is important to last until the end of the workout before the workout, which with a warm-up is around 1- 1hr 15min. I read a lot of good things about this formula and that's not what I expected from the 22g amount. He was a big cheater, never again.

I won in one of the Scitec sweepstakes with the first box. The workouts give me noticeably more energy, in addition to dieting, I can also bring the level that I have so far with a lower carbohydrate intake. The orange-mango flavor is really super and not at all disturbingly over-flavored art stuff, more like a good little soft drink to me. I don't feel that end-of-the-world vibe after the first 10 minutes of cardio either, Ami-No Xpress is a big help to me in this as well. I really like that it is stimulant-free, as my workouts are mainly in the evening, so I can even sleep from it. There was no question that we needed another box of this.

I go to work out in the morning before work, so it's nice to have something to help me out a little bit. I tried 3 products: WOD Crusher Fire Works, Pow3rd!, Ami-NO Xpress. The basis for the choice was that MAXIMUM 200mg caffeine could be in it. All three are excellent products, so it remains difficult to choose, even for those who have tried it, for those who have not. Then there's really amino in this, the arginine and citrulline bring the bulge and mental focus, pushes the feeling of fatigue there is a BCAA-Xpress dose that helps muscle retention there from L glutamine a little bit of it again, it's fatigue-pushing and muscle-retaining. The lack of caffeine caffeine miett is not the hero of sleepy mornings, but it wasn't fully invented for that either. But in return, it brings a very rude bang, for whom it is more important then look no further, because it is first-class in this. Because of the morning workout, it's not that winning for me, but it's excellent regardless, both in effect and taste and dissolution. If you've already drunk a coffee and all that's left is to pop in, this is the winner out of the 3.

I bought peach-ice tea flavored, very tasty (I think it tastes better than store-bought ice tea). I was looking for a stimulant-free intra-workout product for evening training. It brings what it is intended for: better and faster banging, pushing fatigue levels, delicious taste. Its dissolution is great (although sometimes a few grains remain that do not dissolve). However, one big problem with the product is its price, so it doesn't get me only 4 stars. For those who train in the evening or can't stand stimulants, but are financially drained, the product is excellent. For normal daytime workouts, a pre-workout with stimulants (plus, say, bcaa+glutamine xpress intra-workout) product is a better choice in my opinion.

"Complex pre-workout bump enhancers" category hmm.. As a beginner, it caught my attention, I bought it out of curiosity, I was interested in what he really knew. I ordered an orange-mango flavor, mixed it in half a liter of water and it dissolves very well, it tastes delicious. After all, I noticed that my muscles seemed to really bulge faster and better, which I really liked, the average beginner typically expects "immediate improvement" and so, when well-tuned, he can be filled with satisfaction, which has a stimulating effect. In addition, there are useful substances in it, I did not regret that I bought it, it is a pity that there is no larger, more economical packaging. :)
