It literally worked wonders for me, even though the rheumatologist had already said that there was no help, and then the prosthesis. I have been using Scitec whey protein since 2 years mostly whey protein and some times whey isolate. They used to mix well with water & milk with a hand blender. However, this powder doesn't mix well. I will switch back to whey protein once I finish this batch.
