Thought I'd give it a try. I wasn't disappointed. It's like eating real pudding. :) It is delicious to taste, texture. Here's how to make it. I think that's the way it is, that's how you do it. :) I measure out the water. But not cold, but a little warm. In a warm liquid, everything is more soluble. I pour it into a bowl. Then I slowly pour the measured powder over it. Then I mix it nicely with a spoon. It needs to be stirred a bit to make it knot-free. Then put it in the fridge. A couple of hours and cool. It will be very tasty. :) I usually eat in the evening, before going to bed. It satiates me pleasantly. I'm not hungry in the morning when I get up. It's 4 stars because it could be more flavorful. If there were more flavors of course I would have given it 5 stars. I do it with water. Only kittens drink milk. :)

A niche sweet, although there have been very good alternatives to pudding (made from pure ingredients), none of them have been so easy to prepare. The price is a bit hefty, especially since it consists mostly of protein and casein, which could be helped by a larger package, but it isn't (yet?). Taste is obviously subjective, but I think this is one of Scitec's better products. Not a work, pleasant, although so far I have only tried panna-cotta. It is a sin to mix it with water, use sugar-free almond milk instead, it will have a completely different texture. It can also be perfectly mixed in Shaker, if it sticks, put it in the freezer for ~15-20 minutes or a little longer in the fridge and it will come together like a pudding without any problems and pop out of the shaker after a little nibbling. If there were a larger package/a little cheaper, it would be 5 stars, but that much money for 10 servings of pudding is a bit steep. If your wallet allows, try it regardless.
