Non-milk source complete protein
High quality protein that has an optimal indispensable amino acid composition for human needs and high digestibility. Most dietary proteins of animal origin, including egg protein, can be considered as such high quality protein. Egg white protein is one of the first popular and complete protein supplements used by bodybuilders with great success.
