Since I'm really not good with milk and beef unfortunately puffs, I tried eggs. The previous speakers are partly right: it really foams, but let's face it, this is the peculiarity of egg white and it can be helped. I experimented with the following way... Ingredients: - Shaker (I have the simplest scitec with a grid on top) - 2pcs of conventionally sized ice cubes - 1.8, or max. 2 dl of tap water - A little (a little!) more than 3/4 scoop of egg whites Shakerbe cold water, onto the powder (not the other way around, because it all sticks off), throw the 2pcs ice cubes on it. Grill, cap, and shake it out of muscle (normally... :D ) until the knocking stops (in other words, the ice cube has melted). Then you knock the shaker down to, say, your knees 5-6x so that the stuff shakes by its weight. If you did everything right, then between the mixture and the top of the shaker there will be about 1-2 cm of difi. And the texture is still minimally frothy, but it's about like thick beef protein or like a little looser pudding. Thus, it already climbs down smoothly, does not saturate so much with air, and the taste is pleasant chocolate, or rather, cocoa.
